In 2012, we made the major step into digital platemaking by purchasing the Esko 4835.
CDI Spark System:
This system allows us to produce and achieve much higher standards of finished product, which was once only achievable using the gravure process.
Strict quality control procedures at every stage of the plate making process allows us to be able to achieve the best results and the best quality product. We make plates in various gauges ranging from 45 thou to 250 thou.
