Concept/Design:
We supply a full design service, from a single idea to a comprehensive range of product designs.
Artwork:
Qualiflex produces press ready artwork for all areas of the flexible packaging industry, from boxes and bags, to labels and sacks. We utilise strict management systems and state of the art technology to ensure print consistency.
Proofs:
We supply full size and press predicted colour proofs, certified to Fogra 39 standard, that give an accurate representation of how the finished product will look.
Flexographic Printing Plates:
The majority of plates manufactured here at Qualiflex Ltd are produced digitally on our HD Cyrel.
Digital Imager:
Using digital printing plates enables us to achieve a much sharper image and more accurate dots meaning the final print will be much crisper, even on older presses.
Print:
